    Confused about Dextrose post W/O

    I've been reading but It's not sticking... If I'm still trying to lose love handles is Dextrose a good idea post w/o? Right now my post w/o shake is 40g Optimum Whey (2 scoops) in 16 oz with 1 tsp flax. I usually eat a few spoonfulls of brown rice with it. Should I just add a banana? Dextrose?

    Could Someone help me out here? For my 8PM meal, If I add a cup of Low fat Cottage cheese: 1 cup, 3g fat, 12g carbs, 28g protein.... as a good sub for 30g Optimum 100% Whey and 1 TSP flax? Is that ok?

    Yeah I was going to say look at the amount of sleep you're getting first and foremost. I notice a huge difference on days where I didn't get to bed at a decent time and days where I got enough sleep....

    whoops....more like 50-30-20... What I don't understand in their diet in that book (at least in the men's) is how much MILK they have you drinking. Besides being so much sugar, I think you'd be a real phlegm factory!

    Thanks! I'm trying hard with the traps. I've added Heavy dumbell shrugs, upright rows, lateral raises and more pullups into my routine....so hopefully three months from now I'll have some traps.....(and hopefully the abs will be visible...)
