    OK, yesterday was a little funky because I was was usure of what the cal count was until I went to the grocery today, and saw that there is indeed other brands of whipping cream, vs heavy whipping cream, so my cals were about 400 short of what I had assumed... Today is a new day, w8 I ate LOTS...

    Leslie, 4 tbs of the whipping cream(the less fat stuff ) has only 12 grams of fat and 120 cals. 3 tbs of HEAVY whipping cream has 15 grams of fat AND 150 cals...I just thought I could use more and have the same values..>Then I thought that maybe the carton was wrong and I WAS having 20-25...

    Leslie, Well, the nutrient break down is about the same, just get more TBS for less cals and fat, no extra carbs...I thought maybe it was a typo on the carton, but if whipping cream has these stats it should be OK to use.     Mochy, I went and got carton out of the fridge. Grade A Whipping Cream says it all over the pint... Is the company wrong? even when I was pouring the tbs to measure them, I thought it looked so rich that no way could it only have 3 grams a tbs...but low and behold that is what the carton...

    Oh and a tad more info...I used oats and sweet pots for my carbs during this past contest diet, and still had these problems...About 30 gs per meal..120-180 carbs a day. Still slow burners, but it still had me crashing and hour after eating.
