I never said it helped with muscle growth. Somebody just asked what helped them sustain a pump. But I have heard that the more water that is flushed to your muscles is beneficial to muscle growth.

Yeah Creatine can dehydrate your body if your not careful and alcohol dehydrates your body even worse, so if you combine the two you will definitly be messing with your body and you will most likely end up really dehydrated and you will hinder your gains.
