    MHO follows..... Things I follow and I believe work: Each meal shoud have almost equal grams of protein and carbs. Protein per meal is 1gr per pound body weight divided by the number of meals.     Do you have to load with it? If not I should think you could tell a difference in strength right away. If you do have to load, it may take a few days into the loading cycle. Let us know how it goes!

    Doubt it. From what I read Creatine doesn't last too long in the digestive process. Unused creatine is $ lost.

    As a general rule cold water fish are higher in EFAs than warm water fish. The only "bad" fish is fried fish.... at least that I can think of.

    It's just never happened before. I took a week off and did some snow skiing. This was the first LBWO since then. Perhaps I broke through some barrier?.... I keep waiting for a voice that says "Welcome to the next level!" when I wake up. Like on DOOM (i think).

    So yesterday I did Legs. Shortly after I slamed a post WO shake with creatine, whey, and HI GI carbs. An hour later I sat down to do taxes :barf: and my upper body got a slight pump to it. What's up with that? metabolism?,creatine, HI GI carbs post WO? brianinabq
