    What do you lift when no weights or machine?

    sometimes what u do outside of the gym is a workout itself. gardenwork, stuff around the house, and mixing cement can really make ya sore the next day...thts good old fashioned work. old skool :p

    Yeah!! I love bench dips. I usually do either dips, skullcrushers, or close grip benchpress for my first excercise and then later go on to do a dumbbell movement like kickbacks or dumbbell extensions (1 arm or 2 arm). Then for my finishing move i like to do some form of a triceps pressdown...
