I am trying to increase my bench press. Here is the routine I followed today:

Flat Bench:

Warm up
bar*10
60kg*10
60kg*10

100kg*8
130kg*6
130kg*4
150kg*1

Decline (warm up same as above)
100kg*8
140kg*40
100kg*8
60kg*15 (superset)

Flys (incline)
20kg 3 sets of 10

I have been following this routine for 3 weeks. Should I change the above?

I am currently taking maximuscle creatamax 8000GL and Pump up. I also plan to start taking a weight gainer. Current weight 14st (196lbs) 20% body fat.

Thanks

lol...doesnt look too bad to me...the only thing i can say is to make sure to incorporate some incline work into your routine too.and i usually just do a warm-up for the first excercise and im good to go. other than that, looks good to me.keep up the good work.

Thanks Phantom. If I added incline bench to my work out would I be overtraining? In the past I have been told notto incorporate flat, decline and incline bench in the same workout.

At what point do you get stuck on the bench press?
