    I'm in the same situation, except I don't get support from family or friends. My parents always say they'll do something about gettingin shape, yet never do. They just don't seem to understand why I do what I do. All of my inspiration comes from you guys. Thanks.

    My shoulder rolls out of place...ouch.

    All the time, i saw my doctor and he told me i have dislocatable shoulders. He says it's due to having loose ligaments in my shoulders. Try not to do it as much or u will have a wear and tear situation. I'm seeing an orthapedic surgeon in early June to see how bad my situation is. I probably...

    I have to go with Arnold on this one. I think that the "GH Gut" makes bodybuilders look disgusting. I'd take Arnolds physique over Ronnies anyday.

    Best chest exercises?

    Stick with mainly compound stuff like incline dumbbell press andflat barbell press but throw an isolation move in every workout just to shake things up. Oh, and alternate with the barbells and dumbells. I also recommend dips.:) :)
