    My only real sources of complex carbs are oatmeal and fiber one. I also use all bran sometimes. I think they are perfectly fine sources of carbs when cutting and also have more fiber than oatmeal.

    i love carb cycling. If you can't handle weight and some mild appearance fluctuations, it isn't the best diet though. You'll feel like crap sometimes and feel awsome on other days. I don't have a problem with no carb days because the high carb day ahead does a good job getting me through...

    I've been using TP's CC for a while now and I really enjoy it. In the future I would consider dong some type of refeed diet to switch it up however. So inbetween refeed days I would essentially do low carb days on my workouts and no carb days on my rest days and eventually refeed (3-4 days)...

    As an endomorph would a good starting point be the Hi No Lo repeat cycle or should I maybe try Hi No Lo No repeat. I can always fit in a workout and meals with my job so I don't need to plan my cycle around the work week..its not an issue.

    if you are worried about muscle loss, then yes you probably should eat, but try to eat healthy. If you don't care, keep in mind that as long as the liquor fits into you caloric needs you won't gain fat. You will loose muscle, yes. Correct me if I'm wrong anyone.
