Does anybody have any opinion on whether or not HIIT, which has been scientifically demonstrated to raise metabolism for the duration of the day, as well as burning calories at a much higher rate due to VO2 levels, can be used in any part to allow one to have a less than stellar diet?
Understandably for competition purposes one really cannot cheat and hope to compete, but for those who like to go out and party and/or enjoy eating lots of or less than perfect foods, and can take the hell on earth that is interval training, will this in any small measure be effective?
