    Would it be beneficial to do a bodyweight exercise (pushups, pullups, abs) in addition to weight training every or everyother night?

    Unfortunately on my bench they are not removale. I'll see if I can find a way around this problem tomorrow duiring my workout. However, another problem is the pain of the weight on my shoulders. Anyone know a way around it.

    Thanlks everyone, I'm male, 15 years old. Here's a refined version of that diet. 7-One Egg, some sort of protein 11-Banana, Chicken 3-Salad, Dresing, some kind of protein. 7-Chicken or Fish, Vegetables 11-Undecided as of yet.
