    not that long, id say im still a beginner, but i do waits that my parnter has 2 help me with, and he helps barely so i really feel it and it gets my arms sore, but i do feel alot of improvments in my chest.

    i wasnt trying 2 make a point. im pretty ripped in my arms and back area, but i train alot, ill try and get a pic up, i think im skinny not lean, i dunno.

    male, 5'6, 120lbs....(might i add im only 14) i have no diet, i eat whenever im hungry and them some, i eat whatever i want.. i go 2 the gym at least 3 a week, sometimes more, and before i got 2 bed i always do 4 sets of 10 pushups, and situps, anfter that i do 100 crunches.

    during workouts like for my upper body my arms feel like there about 2 fall of but after the workout or the next day there not sore, does this mean im not gaining muscle??
