    Oh, my apologies for being rude. Yes, I don't know. But one user here also pointed it out. And somepeople in the gym also told me that. AND, my friend (the personal trainer dude) said "the body won't allow that" lol. So yeah, I'm confused in that.

    Invanry: Thanks. But I don't use any barbells. I use dumbells, because I'm a beginner. But in dumbells, I see sometimes I don't do it properly.. so I've moved to the machines as well now. The same exercises on machines. I'm hoping they will even it out, because they're much more constant...
