    thats alot of steak and chicken... you could buy some tuna too or cottage cheese or skim milk turkey maybe even a little peanut butter... whey is not the only way...

    well... to me it seems that those who lift/run/care about their bodies seem to have some of the most amazing bp numbers... i just got into "body building"/health about a year ago for the most part i do calesthenics, but believe it or not ive cut my body fat and even started building muscle...

    98 over 64 semi resting heart rate of 63 walked up sat down and took it nothing strenuis so probably not a big difference from resting

    well the muscles will grow if you work them... but everyone has abs, everyone has an 8 pack... its just under a layer of fat... nobody on earth has such undeveloped abs that they are not gunna show up if you have low body fat... you use them everytime you... sit down, stand up, walk,... mine...
