    should i have EFA's before or after a workout? i have always kept them for just pre/post sleep. I just found out that they increase O2 to blood but is this long lasting (meaning i can just have them around bedtime) or short lasting (meaning i should have it before working out)?

    sweet.. now thats what im talking about... liver glycogen, not muscle glycogen... check :P what if i do a long like 2 hour lazy cardio session (this happens a lot for me during sport, which i guess are like doing intervals over 2 hours, without being dead at the end) would i deplete my muscle...

    haha thanks.. the math doesnt scare me.. its just that you do all of your muscle growth while you arent at the gym right. so i thought cutting more calories on an off day would extreamly harmful. thanks :D

    ok.. i also know that soy milk has just as much IGH1 as normal milk (which is one of the biggest problems with normal milk). So what if i buy 'organic' milk or soy milk. Will it still contain this growth hormone?

    ok i know milk is really good to have for your PWO shake. But i also know that milk is bad for you because of all the 'extras' you get with it. So if i use soy milk instead will it be as good for PWO shake? or is it missing some of those special things?
