Here is the deal. My diet has been the following for the last 2 months. All though I have gotten leaner and stronger I can't seem to put on the weight. Here is a short breakdown. Any suggestion would be great!

Mudge Thanks I will give them a try I am just changing up my workout and was doing close grip for tris I was able to do 225 for 9 reps. But wanted to try something different since I was strating to level off there. I want to make sure I'm doing mass movement though.
I know this may sound crazy but if you don't ask you won't know. When I'm at home I make a protein pudding as a meal but when I'm at work I can't so I take whats in the pudding and eat it seperatly. Does it matter if it's mix togeather or taken apart. I wouldn't think so but don't really know...
