so i should be increasing every week?? and does 10% sound like a decent figure??
with the 140 i made my 3rd set of 10 but couldn`t do 12..
so should i stick with this weight till i can get the 3rd set of 12 out???
and then move up a weight??

so i`ve just started BB properly about 3 weeks
for my bench i do 3x 10-12
i started with about 60lbs(for the first week) so i could get used to doing bench presses and learning good form...
im up to about 140 lbs(dont laugh at my feeble lifts!!! :D in...
ok this might be a stupid question....
but how much does an olympic bar(i think this is what they are called) weigh??
i`ve always done my weights at home with a normal bench set...
but recently have been going to the gym at uni which has a good weights room and my bench press has decreased... so...

the ratio seems fine to begin with...you could gradually decrease carbs and increase protein as your cut progresses..
also i think your cals are too high(im only a newbie too) but i think 2300-2500 cals would be a good starting point for your cut..
my cals aint that high because i`m...

seems like your of a similar size me...and i`m on on cut and with 23% BF i think a cut would be in order....
yeah those oats are amazing!!!! its like a workout trying to eat a cup full in itself!!!!! :lifter: but they are raw measurements... it seems like alot but maybe that wil help...

thanks for the help guys....that brown rice is raw but i`lll reduce it .30 cup of raw brown rice that should bring my carbs down around the 230g mark...
and the added cottage cheese should bring up my protein count up..and the walnuts should fix my fat intake....

ok 3 day split it is...thanks for the replys...i`ve read up on both a full bodyworkout and a split but just heard a full body was better to begin with to learn good form...(us newbies u gotta love us!!!! :D )
my diet is in the nutrition forum under revised cutting plan...
i`m fairly new to BB ....want to get serious with it this time so i thought to start off i would do a full body workout M/W/F with cardio on my off days...

sorry that is skim milk i`m using...and emma told me to put in some walnuts for more healthy fat so it had to be done :D lol
my carbs are that high because i do boxing training for my cardio and it is very high intensity so i`m confused now....to change or not to change :hmmm...

i think my BF is arround 16-17% but i can`t be sure...
for my activitys i do boxing training 3 nights a week(its just basically like circuit training but at a higher intensity) and then the days in between i`ve started doing a full body...
i think some of the supplements im using are having an effect on my skin....it just looks fantastic!!
and its affecting my personality i`m spendin me gold!!! nooooo
