im confused on whether or not i should let my arms rest until the soreness has gone away or just continue to work them out.
my workout coach at school says that its a good thing to work out when their sore and others say that i should let them rest.
i only get to work out 2-3x a week.

Ever feel good one day and you feel like you lift anything? And you go to benchpress and you lift it like its nothing? What the hell is that and how can I use it everytime? Its like all your strength comes out for that ONE day.

Does anyone take stacker 2? I have weight training at school and it takes the coach atleast 30 mins to get his ass to class. I dont know when to take the pill and when to find out that its working. How long do I wait when the pill is digested?
