Whats the point in eating/drinking raw eggs?
I never really understood why people do that.
Does it have something to do with getting strong bones?
Does it have something to do with dieting?
I broke my left arm while snowboarding, then about 8 months later it hurts after i finish doing barbell curls, feels like its going to break. should i get that checked out or should i ignore it?

Situp Twist- 4 sets of 20
Leg Raises- 4 sets of 20
Leaning Twist- 4 sets of 50
Frog Kicks- 4 sets of 50

You should make a casset tape with insults telling you how fat you are. like "Your fuckin fat, soon your gonna turn into Jared from subway! you fat piece of sh..." see where im goin with this?
Thats how i work out, i have to get pissed off to work out hard.
Oh yeah, when you do sit ups, is it best to put your hands behind your head or on your chest? Does the difference work out a different part of your abs?
