How would you train for increased strength and a lower bodyfat??
My Training(GYM) 3 days a week
I have been doing high volume training, 4sets 30 sec to almost no rest, total body.
Home-Cardio Treadmill Hitt 30-35 min or Long Distance cardio 45-50 min/30min abs/Martial Arts 3days a week
