    just do whatever feels right for you. i use 8-12 for everything. sometimes my last set will only be about 5, but i never go below five, personally. it generates an increased risk of energy which is what you dont want .. especially if youre natural.

    getting there.. do 12 reps. 12-15. and realize that its not lifting weights that will get you lean.. lifting weights is about 1/8th of it. doing cardo is about 1/4 of it. the rest is eating right. so basically, id alternate lifting days with cardio days and do a bit of cardio 6 or so...

    if you wait for 30 seconds or less it will help you lose youre fat. ummm finding your weight is just guess work. take two 20 lb dumbells for example and bench them. see how that feels. if you can push out more than 10 or so without tiring out, use something heavier. its just guesswork.

    my favorite is to lay face down on a bench and let your arms hang and then raise them up on the same plane as your head and then back down. you will be amazed how how little weight you can actually do with this exercise. i only use about 10 lbs.

    id say a little more meat on the chest, lay off the obliques, add some meat to the side of your shoulders, maybe a bit of trap work. try to work on the serratus (or however you spell it im braindead from my last cardio). anyways. the arms are looking nice. good work on the bis and tris.

    id add some clean and jerks because you dont need a lot of weight with the dumbells, and they do great for total body mass.
