Ok Im asking for help I need a better routine I dont have any weights except for 40 pound dumbell set and a curl bar with 40 pound worth of weights I dont have any access to a gym or anything so I was thinking of a rountine like this 4 sets of pushups then 3 sets of curls then 3 sets of hang cleans
3 sets of tri extensions I wanna do you guys have any suggestions like anything I should add somthing I shouldnt do you just good advice from the experts
