    Whoaaa dood according to that its 250...no way I can lift that much, well maybe. I've made alot of progress but Im afraid one day its ganna turn into a bad dream and I'll be back down to 130.....how much would that suck!:cry:

    I currently do a 3 day split, sorta. I do full body workouts, mon,wed,fri. On tuesday and thursday I usually do abs, then rest on the weekend. Now im trying to fit in some plyometrics. Would it be best to do them on my ab days? or do them on the weekend?

    Yea we do have breaks but we can't carry bookbags. It usually takes just the time we have to get to class. Drinks will be taken, they've done it before. It all kind of depends on his teachers I guess. Some are pricks and dont let anything slide while others don't care.
