Hey guys i was wondering if its okay to drink a protein shake or other such type of drink after working out and then get home ( approx 10-20 mins later) mix up my BSN cell mass and drink it. or do you think that drinking a protein shake then going home and making up my cell mass and drinking it...
i was wondering if teenage/ young adults recover and build muscle faster then some one whos 30+. i would expect that they do but it prob also matters on diet... i know that plays a role in recovery as well as lots of rest.
it doesnt matter what others are lifting. that is the kind of stuff that gets you discouraged and makes you want to get off ur diet or go to the gym less and just dismotivates you. worry about yourself and not what others care or do. if you set goals for yourself then try to accomplish them even...
yea just practice up with light weight and you will get the form down and while doing that you will get stronger and will be able to bump the weight up. just dont bump up the weight to fast you dont want to cause stress on your back/knees or if any the very minimum.
make sure he takes it easy for the first few weeks until he gets the movements proper. wouldnt want to see him trying to lift a bunch of heavy weights and end up hurting himself because they say once you hurt yourself such as back/shoulder it never heals up to what it was before the injury.
yes i agree and as well when your body goes without eating it does go into starvation mode which is one of the worste things you could possibly do. at least that is if you take your health and body building serious.

yea im not saying that there is im just saying thow if you want strong abs and want them to look decent then you need to put a little bit of work into them you cant just eat what ever you see and sit around and do nothing you need to diet right and at least work them out occasionally
actually that isnt correct. you CAN get into college without a HS diploma, im not saying that ur going to get into the best college or anything but they do have public universitys (at least in florida there is PBCC which only reqs you to have a GED)
getting killer abs is like a few mentioned above "Strictly Diet" but you do have to work them out as well. Working out your abs will not make them appear, eating right and doing one of the most important things IMO is CARDIO! without cardio your abs wont come out as quick.
