    I just bought fast track nutritions A2CE Creatine it is CEE. It says to take it during the day and then again after your workout. Does this sound correct for CEE dosage? Its in capsules.

    yeah you eat it one before your work out and one after. They each contain 3 or 3.5 g creatine. I had no side effects. I only took protein at the same time and noticed good results. I got it from www.bulknutrition.com

    I got actijubes and they worked pretty well. It suprised me because its not powder or pills, its a little gummy bear thing that you eat before and after your workout. I noticed the results after a couple of weeks.
