i was trying a low carb diet but i realize taht it wasnt for me...so i am in need of a new diet... i was looking at something like 40% protein 35% carbs and 25% fat.... i am 5'7 and 165... im trying to consume around 2300 calories....are the calories too high??? please help... thank you

jodi i couldnt find basmati brown rice....the only thing i found was basmati long grain rice but this was white.... should i just get regular brown rice that is long grain.. thanx for the help
i read on some threads that oranges shouldnt be eaten when cutting.... however i went on some GI sites and they all stated that oranges have low GI.... so i am confused as to why they are bad??? Thank you
