    you should invest in Egg whites International. 8oz = 10 egg whites :thumb:. Here is my breakfast: 10oz E.W.I. ½ cup 100% Old fashioned oats. 2 scoops MAXPRO or MuscleMilk. 1 packet Splenda. 3 ice cubes. Blend and serve. Repeat before bedtime, minus the oats and I add 5 grams Glutamine.:thumb:

    I would definitly wait until you are fully healed. An upper body injury should not be the reason to work your wheels harder. Stick to some light cardio. I promise you will be favoring your injury no matter what body part you are training, and that may lead to another injury. But, if you insist...
