2 scoops MAXPRO or MuscleMilk.
1 packet Splenda.
3 ice cubes.
Blend and serve.

I would definitly wait until you are fully healed. An upper body injury should not be the reason to work your wheels harder. Stick to some light cardio. I promise you will be favoring your injury no matter what body part you are training, and that may lead to another injury. But, if you insist...
