Well you will hear about 100 different opinions on this. I did just see a special on the news about this very topic the other day. The special said that doctors don't recommend you use antibacterial soaps when you shower because if you're body isn't exposed to these different bacteria's it...

So then doing cardio without lifting first is a waist of time besause you won't burn any fat? :confused:
Just wanted to add that I'm seeing even more changes now. Mostly in my waist!!:p My wife said something to me again last night about it......I was like "hey you want to....:booty: ....oh wait I best not go there. Anyway I'm excited.
you need to do cardio after you w/o but then I hear people say you will lose muscle that way. So what the truth?? :confused:
I don't have much muscle and don't want to lose the little I have but I do have some fat I would like to get off my body.
Well that sucks. Someone here at work asked me if I wanted to go in on a couple bottles of it. 15$ a bottle. I did....just to try it out. It's supposed to give you a little extra energy if you take it a hour before you w/o. I guess I will try it.
I know the articles touched on some of my questions but I wanted to hear from people who have used it or seen first hand.
One other thing, do you think it's necessary to take it on the days you don't lift?

I mixed the two last night. Chocolate protein and fruit punch creatien.....:barf: but the creatien is so strong in taste that the protein helped me stomach it a little better.
