    At least that's what I did 5 years before starting working out in a gym, i was doing intense push,ups, sit-ups etc. and biceps curls, tri etc. with 10lbs. When I hitted the gym it was really helping me.

    Means you go really fast (well, you don't take the 3 secs up and 3 secs down or whatever time you want it to be) It results in actually the faster you can squat up and down with out freaking up the movement. And if I'm not mistaken it is generally done after a set of power?

    Just do like Ben dur said (that's what I do to) calculate it so it fits in your macro so you can eat a little sometimes and it won't mess up your diet...

    To be honest I don't usually cheat, :( last thing you could call cheating was a week ago when I was really hungry and I had just finished my 4th or 5th meal and my mom went to subway to get me a 12 inch with chicken, cheddar, lettuce, tomatoes and hot pepper.

    Yes a little but nothing much. Like I said I gained around 6lbs over 2-3 months (when I think of it, it is more 2 months).

    For the Proteins I think I am alright like I said I weight 160lbs (low fat%) and most of my days my proteins intake is way over 300g. That makes at least 2g of proteins by lean body mass... Anyone else wanna share some tips/advices?
