    deadlifts and squats in the same session! must be a killer, doing them different days you will be able to go heavier. i do my arms on saturday probably because im bored lol ill try and keep out on a saturday

    I only do 5 days because, i dnt like to do arms after back, and tris after chest, so on the saturday i just like to hit them on there own as my arms are pretty much spent by the end of my chest and back workouts. so when do you hit bi,s and tri,s? after your back and chest workouts?

    Yeah i think im going to change it up, currently my days go like this Monday/ shoulders tue/ rest wed/ back thurs/ legs friday/ chest satuday/biceps,tris,abs sunday/ rest think i might swap shoulders to back, to get enough rest between legs
