    Well, I saw Wolverine

The Deadpool concept was cool...except for the fact that Deadpool had his OWN history and now with the upcoming Deadpool movie, who knows how they will fuck that character up!!

    Use of Gloves

I used to use gloves, until I lost one in a move...been lifting now for 4-5 months without them. My hands burn like the sun while deadlifting, but getting used to it. Want to check out straps for my deads soon though, never used them, but have heard good things.

I know these celeb threads suck, but some comments...everywhere I look, Jackman is listed at 6'2''...which seems right because he towered over John Stewart on the daily show. I am not hating when I say he may have used roids...quite the opposite. I can't stand how these celebs don't own up to...

Broser vs Palumbo - battle of the keto diet

Sorry about that...wasn't trying to start something. I must say, it's nice to have the people I and others consider to be "heavyweights" on this site, all contributing to this thread. Gopro, Built, Prince, juggernaut, Cowpimp, Tank...I remember all of your names from a few years ago and it's...

Broser vs Palumbo - battle of the keto diet

It's funny you bring this up...I was thinking about this subject the other day, since being back here (I haven't been on IM for a couple of years at least) I was surprised to see the almighty calorie is what's most important. I seem to recall the "calorie is not a calorie" belief was pretty...

    3 days a week split(s)!

Gotcha...I will check this out. Seems almost like a mix of what I was doing for my last routine and what I'm doing now, which is the Upper Push, Legs, Upper Pull on Mon, Wed, Fri respectively. I like it so far, but it doesn't seem to have too many fans around here. I'm just keeping my eyes...

What should you do if your biceps are stronger than triceps?

I will never understand responses to questions some people don't find "worthy" when, in the same space, they could have just answered the question...good work. Maybe we should just shut down the forum because everything anyone needs to know can be found in stickies. Oh well.

    3 days a week split(s)!

Lol...I'm officially confused! I will look into this for my next routine though. I am open to switching things up now much more than I ever was.

    breakfast

also, not to split hairs, but this isn't the diet he mentioned in a few magazines. He mentions getting up at 3:30am and eating 5 egg whites and 1 piece of whole grain, dry toast...at least for an early breakfast anyway. He did mention the oats in that article, but also said he pounded protein...

    3 days a week split(s)!

Actually, if you don't mind, what do you think is a good 3 day split? I am bound by 3 days in the gym a week because of schedule, like my split now, but will change it up in weeks or so.

    3 days a week split(s)!

Well, you've essentially done the same thing haven't you? 3 exercises with more sets amounts to similar workload as a few more exercises with less sets, isn't it? I might do more exercises, but I don't do 6-8 sets of each one, half of that actually...

    3 days a week split(s)!

I was going on the assumption of 3-4 sets per...not 6-8 as is apparently the case.

    3 days a week split(s)!

Is it me or is the above split a little light on upper body work? I mean, I don't do that much in one lower body day, but I don't think my body wouldn't be pushed enough doing only 3 pushes/pulls on their respective day. thoughts?
