it's pretty simple. Get a decline ab bench so you can tuck your fee under. Take a weight you can handle and do small short movement situps with the weight on your chest.
sorry I don't mean to offend anyone but if that is the 1st question that you think of when I'm talking about personal training, what the heck??? I'm more interested in helping the person, what they're goals are, etc...
If your diet is on target and you're doing cardio, then here's whatyou should do for abs!
DECLINE WEIGHTED ABS!!!!! This will give you the most definition for your dollar! It's a small isolated movement...and squeeze!!!!!!!
SUPERSET EVERYTHING!!!
Straightbar curls (heaviest weight)
superset w/
standing dumbbell curls (heaviest weight)
one arm preacher dumbbell curls (heaviest weight)
superset w/seated over the head cable pulldowns (heaviest weight)
seated cable one arm curls to finish off! (to failure)
what does that matter? she's cute, she's got a great core to work with. Her legs are her best physical quality, they're pretty solid. She just needs to lose weight around her waist. Her diet is pretty bad.
well my gym hired me to personla train because people were asking about me if I was a personal trainer. I'm no way certified, however I did create a liabilty document for people to sign if they want to hire me. I didn't have the poster up in the gym for more than a half an hour and a girl signed...
