Ok here it is:
Morning: start off with a protein shake with 2 scoops of protein powder, banana(potassium) and a L-Glutamine Pill. maybe a bowl of cereal and vitamins.
Lunch: either chicken. fish sandwich on wheat bread, another L-Glutamine pill
supper: nothing too heavy for supper usually...
I dont have any personal enemys..............just those assholes that bring their cellphones with them............this one guy had a bench in between a cable row machine and was chatting on the phone( as if the gym wasnt packed anyways) I hate it when that shit happens.........
Well since I am in college I try to do the best I can............I get enough protein for sure.......I think my main problem is not enough cardio........whats your cardio schedule like.
thanks for the advice...................I dont work out hard on fridays............just a little touch up up top...........u think its overworking............as for my diet I recently start cutting up for this summer..........I still think I have more muscle mass than most 20 year...
Well i have some advice...............dont take that creatine shit unless you want mass.................I take 100% whey protein, and L-glutamine pills.................and most importantly take vitamins.................im me if you got questions about L-Glutamine

Monday: Chest/ Shoulders
Tuesday: Biceps/ Triceps
Wednesday: off
Thursday: back/Legs
Friday: full body workout
Saturday off
Sunday off
Is this good and also check out my photo and tell me...
I do the full body thing on fridays........not as much on the legs though........just a lil extra pump in the muscles..........im only in there about an hour.........Its best to do your workout within the hour cause after that usually your muscles lose the pump..........I onjly do 2 sets of 10...
