I need some info on the best workouts....thanks

Hi guys .........I need some help on finding the best workout their is......I currently do the following:
Monday: Chest/ Shoulders
Tuesday: Biceps/ Triceps
Wednesday: off
Thursday: back/Legs
Friday: full body workout
Saturday:Off
Sunday:Off

Is this good and also check out my photo and tell me if its good for a 20 year old!!!!!
 
Hey, ask this in the training section, you will get more/better help that way.
 
I always thought that working each muscle group once a week was enough. But I throw in cardio such as pull-ups/push-ups on days when I'm not working those muscle groups. Just working on the endurance thing.

Workout is okay, but why the full body workout day? How long are you usually in the gym?

You look like you have a solid base in the picture, and will come along well when you lean out and what not. How long have you been lifting? Its not just about weights though, its also about eating right, sleeping long enough, and being consistant with your workouts for the long haul. Most people tend to get gungho and then die off over a couple months.

Oh yeah, and what Dale said. In this section we are just a bunch of bastards who rag on each other. The guys in the training section could be more useful. They might be bastards too, but definitely more useful.
 
I do the full body thing on fridays........not as much on the legs though........just a lil extra pump in the muscles..........im only in there about an hour.........Its best to do your workout within the hour cause after that usually your muscles lose the pump..........I onjly do 2 sets of 10 on each muscle group.....with less weight on fridayss too
