Well I'm sure that's part of it, but I just get the feeling there is more to it and I was just curious. I mean, the difference between what these guys look like today versus a month before a contest is like night and day.

I have decided to get on a strict diet. But I can't decide if I want to cycle carbs or something where I eat the same amount each day. Also, if I cycle carbs, on the high carb days do I eat less of anything else in order to maintain a certain calorie count? Any advice would be helpful, I am new...
