Is yelling really necessary when lifting weights? I don't yell at all and I'm very quiet with my bodybuilding But at the gym I'll often hear yells and stuff WHO ELSE HERE YELLS ON THEIR LAST REP ???

Yeah but the injections are pretty easy with legal insulin pins that are really so small you don't even feel them... ANYONE OUT THERE WHO'S AFRAID OF THE INJECTIONS, DON'T BE !!!
