I love HGH - I love it
But I'm living at home now and my parents won't let me use it like I used to
However, I can take pills for it, I JUST CAN'T INJECT IT
So I want to take what I can before bed and throughout the day to increase the amount I secrete overnight - L-Arginine is said to work...
Here's the supplements I use at bedtime :
Casein protein
Arginine pyroglutamate (GH-releaser)
ZMA
Now I'm trying to cut so would casein be a bad choice, since I might be better off with less calories ?
What should I take? :callme:
I used it once, and I put the 1000mcg IN ONLY ONE INJECTION-
so it was a waste of money I guess, but I think it changed my aptitude for regaining that muscle...
I fill up a shot glass halfway and sip on it until I drink it all - it doesn't taste bad - but I guess you could have the olive oil with food, I dunno, it just seems easier to take it straight...
You should consume half a shotglass of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) each day to help keep up your Test levels - I learned that here and I've seen results - yeah do it once or twice a day
But aside from that I would just eat as little as possible and exercise all you can =)
I've accepted my skull won't grow, so what I'm going to do is cut as much bodyfat as possible... I'm on ECA and I do a lot of cardio/diet... Plus I know all about 177-191 HGH and might do it again...
