    non-stop wrestling during practice, wrestling burns off the most calories per hour than any other sport, like plouffe said, wear weighted clothing . . . . its not easy, but suck it up, remember wrestling doesnt put you 5lbs overweight, you have to maintain a good diet during the season, or else...

    lol i knew it, i had a problem like that, usually wrestlers on our team would cut WATER WEIGHT, weigh in, and start eating again... steam room is your 2nd house my friend

    lol well i feel real overweight after gettin off crutches, plus I do more cardio then benching, cardio 4days, workout twice a week, i want abs first, then ill move on to muscle mass

    at home, for my tuna sandwich... Instead of wheat bread, just get one longgg peace of Romaine, drain the tuna (i use a couple paper towels to dry it up as well) i rarely ever use any bit of tuna, even if its fat free. a lil olive oil, dash of pepper and some red:confused: purple cabbage good meal?
