    I use TestoPro by AI Sports Nutrition and swear by it. This is a Testofen based product that I have had good results using. Some will say it is snake oil or placebo effect, but it works for me. If it works then I say stick with what works.

    I think everyone goes through a period of time when they think they know what they are doing, but eventually realize they had it all wrong. Some people figure this out quicker than others.

    That is what I am starting to use. I usually throw some unflavored BCAAs in my shakes, but the Xtend is flavored. I have been mixing it up and sipping on it throughout my workout.

    I know creatine should be consumed as quickly as possible once it has been mixed because it quickly converts into creatinine. My question is what about BCAAs? How long can BCAAs be premixed before they loose there potency or convert into something else?

    Love me some legs. The feeling of wanting puke and fall over when I am done lets me know that I had an awesome workout and it's all good after that! I feel amazing when on a Friday or Sunday morning I am the only one within 50 feet of the legs section.
