    Cardio before or after weights?

    It would depend on your goals. If you want to be as big as possible then don't do it at all. If you feel you must do cardio for some reason I would separate it from your lifting by several hours. I would never do both at the same time. YMMV

    Raw milk is cow's milk, straight from cow, no pasteurization. Many food allergies are caused by how food is treated to increase its shelf life. Many who cannot tolerate pasteurized milk have no problems with raw milk. Might be worth a try for you. Good luck.

    Everyone reacts differently to diets. What works best for me is the low carb/high fat approach. I eat meat, chicken, eggs, raw milk and cheese as protein and fibrous vegetables as carbs.
