I have been taking Activite Multi for a while, but I think it might have a decent amount of iron in it, so I may have to change.
So far I am taking 1 pill 3x a day with breakfast, lunch and dinner. Unless someone else advises otherwise

Hey all, today is day 1 of my OstaRX/AndroLean cycle.
25 6'1" 207 17-18%BF
Weeks 1-8 Osta RX
Weeks 3-6 AndroLean
Depending on results I may pick up another bottle of AL and ride that a full 8 weeks as well.
This is will be a recomp cycle, so cals will be 3000/day 50% Carbs / 30%...
I would only eat raw beef if I got it right from the butcher. Ive caught wild alaskan salmon and taken bites right out of it a few times camping up north. So tasty and healthy.
^^^ This is true. When I look at the bottom of a food pyramid I just refer to the bottom as "Carbs" not "Breads grains cereals and pasta".
I havent eaten cereal in years and rarely eat pasta. My carbs are brown/wild rice, spuds and veggies
Plus it has been shown that egg yolks contain healthy cholesterol. My breakfast every morn after my lift is 3 egg whites and 1 whole egg, 2 cups oatmeal. I fkin love eggs and the fat in yolks is great when your cutting carbs to make up calories.
I lost 42 lbs carb cycling, and on high and medium carb days I always had some sort of whole grain bread in their. so dont tell me you cant lose weight while eating bread. everything in moderation

Carbs are what gives your body the energy to repair itself, how could you say they dont play a role in muscle building. Also fat controls hormonal levels as well.
6'1" 208 and ive done the whole keto thing with about 1500 cals and basically no carbs but i can only keep it up for about a week then it slows and my workouts suck. I personally prolly wont go below 2000 anymore.
I would love to run a log, I was actually going to post a log for my AndroLean recomp but I only have enough money for 1 bottle or 4 weeks. I was going to stack it with OstaRX

I have enough Osta for 8 weeks but only AL for 4 weeks, depending on how the results are going I may snag another bottle of AL once I have more flow
not trying to ruffle feathers but overburdened on this forum. he did help me a lot with my diet though, but I was skeptical about the whole whey thing. maybe he works for Carnivore :jerkit:
Yea it was only for PWO shakes anyways. he said hes done tons of research but retains all the info so didnt have any links. I havent noticed any difference and just wanted to know if its worth spending the extra money for it.
