I think running them both at the same time would be redundant because you can only release so much GH at once. 6 defiantly brings the hunger using it now.
I guessing no when pumped . I'm at 237 and Spiny is leaner than I am with bigger shoulders . I can't really get to my ass when pumped up.

A guy I work with used to play pro b ball . He is around 6'10 and he lifts hard like any one else does.
The kicker is they burn so much more calories than we do lifting because of their frame. He needs to eat around 8-9k cals when bulking and he is very lean at 290.

SDMZ 2 is a good dry product. I'm actually using it now at the end of a long run to increase strength and dry out.
