    Microwaving your food = Bad?

    Hi everyone. I have read in the past that microwaving your food can cause the protein and other nutrients to break down and become less bioavailable. Is there any truth to this? If I'm in a hurry and would just like to throw some eggs in the microwave would this diminish it's properties? Thanks.
