I need help constructing a workout plan..
i have a weight set in my basement including the following equitment:
??? Leg Extension:
??? Leg Curl:
??? Preacher Curl:
??? Squat Rack:
??? Lat Pulldown:
??? Bench Press:
i also have some other shit on there
i can workout everyday
??? weekdays...
Alright i can not find an effective diet plan i have read every link on this forum i think about dieting and so on and i cannot find an effective diet plan at all....please help me construct a diet....thanks
