    4 day split ok for a newbie?

    65 pounds to lose...help!!!

    40 over weight and ready to change!!!!!

    hi all, just to introduce myself and find some help if poss!!!....i use to train regular in my 20's until i moved abroad and work took over. i am now 40 and last yr had a scare with the big "C" so had to stop smoking..hence i am now 19 stone!!!!! one good thing is i am now a non smoker ....bad...
