    carb question..?

    i know that going no carbs obviously constitutes a refeed, but i know that you can refeed even on a low carb diet, so how many carbs a day is considered a low carb diet, and would constitute a refeed?:hmmm: ie. 40 grams a day, 20 grams a day etc? thanks for any help.
