    Has there been any real evidence showing that chromium has any benefits for healthy weight trainers? I have heard that niacin bound chromium has worked on obese people, but are their any other studies showing it improves insulin in us healthy people?

    getting frustrated

    Just posted but it's not shown up. I just wanted to know if anyone had experienced much less fat loss than their friends, even though following the same plan? Also I saw lots of fat loss for the first 2 weeks but then nothing since, I'm bummed.

    can someone help - how do I work out LBM. For instance, I've been told that at 190lbs and 22% bodyfat, I've been told that my lean body mass is 147lbs but don't know how this figure came about. Help!

    Chest
