    cre ethyl thunder dosage question (cee)

    I have some omega sports cre ethyl thunder. The manufacturer recommends taking 8 capsules pre workout. Would it be wiser to split it into 2 4cap dosages? I heard otherwise some of it just gets wasted and you piss it out. Anyone know?
