    Anadrol 50 or Dbol

    If you were going to do a cycle and wanted to use something kickstart your gains for 4 weeks would you use anadrol or dbol. Anadrol is stronger, but worse for sides. Does anyone have any experience or just know if it would be better than dbol

    Do you go all the way down to your chest

    When your doing bench press (ie.incline & flat), do ya bring the bar all the way down to your chest?
