my chiro says to do no wieght lifting but only my neck hurts. I don't want to do as told but probably should. I have whip lash and feel ok minus the headache. does any one see any reason not to lift? It is not like I am using my neck
I just started working out again after a 4 month lazy period. I gained 40 lbs. Yesterday I did 30 miutes of cardio broke up in 3 inutes intervals. Between intervals I lifted weights. After I was done I threw up, this wasn't to hard of a work out why would I get sick?
I am about 60 lbs over weight from fat. I made great strides last year and got down to 20 lbs over weight. I am back on my workout and diet, SPAM and eggs. would it be better to lift and do cardio or just cardio for a couple of months or something completely different? Please help me out.
