for my second meal its going to be half peanut buitter sand with a shake
prolly tuna salad
ethier another shake or protein bar or something to hold me over til after work out
then dinner

so i have been eating as little needed to get by eating high protein low cal low carb intake i have seen little to no results i have been lifting for a few months now im about 24% body fat im 6'1 185 i was just looking for alittle help from others to see wat has worked
